Please telephone Nick and Janet Chetwood 015396 21715 or e-mail Janetghyll@aol.com to make a provisional booking and to discuss any queries.

When you have made your provisional phone booking we will ask you to fill in the booking form, and return this to us with a deposit of £50 per week please. Click here to go to the booking form. It would be helpful if this arrives within SIX DAYS or the provisional booking may have to be cancelled.

On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will forward our confirmation and receipt.

The remaining rental is payable eight weeks before the commencement of your holiday. It would be appreciated if this could be sent without a reminder, please. We will then send your receipt with location details and general information about the area and its amenities.

Please note that the number of persons using the cottage must not exceed FOUR or, if a Z bed has been booked, FIVE.

Country Living –
Our cottage is in the heart of the countryside and farm tractors will pass through the grounds occasionally. Please make allowances for a few country sounds and smells!

Pets –
Up to two pets are welcome. We are sure that they will be well behaved but we would request you to ensure that they are not allowed on beds or other furnishings and not left unattended in the property. Please use a 'poop a scoop'.

Arrivals and Departures –
We ask you to arrive after 3.30pm on the Saturday afternoon and to vacate the cottage before 10.00am on the final Saturday.
Please telephone us 4 or 5 days before arriving so that we can advise you about picking up the key and discuss your arrival time.
Please note bookings for Christmas 2009 and New Year 2010 are from Tuesday to Tuesday.

Final Cleaning –
We fully take it on ourselves to make sure that the cottage is spic and span for your arrival. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you could leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.
